Mustofa Morshed is a Maritime Policy Analyst dedicated to advancing policy innovation for sustainable ocean governance. His academic and professional journey is firmly rooted in maritime law and policy research, with a particular focus on the intersection of law, governance, and the sustainable use of ocean resources.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Maritime Law from Bangladesh Maritime University, where he is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in the same discipline. To enhance his professional expertise, he has successfully completed a course on Marine Insurance conducted by Bangladesh Maritime University and a training program on The Law of the Sea – Maritime Regulation and Enforcement, jointly organized by the Australian National Centre for Ocean Resources & Security (ANCORS) and the University of Wollongong, Australia.

At present, he serves as a Research Analyst at Legal Anchorage, a law firm where he contributes to policy research, legal analysis, and strategic studies related to maritime governance and ocean affairs. Through his work, Mustofa seeks to promote evidence-based policymaking and innovative legal frameworks that advance the long-term sustainability and security of the maritime domain.
