Sing Fuels Pte. Ltd. VS M.V. Majesty and others. Admiralty Suit No. 32 of 2025 for recovery of unpaid bunkers’ price.

Today, in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, under the admiralty jurisdiction, admiralty suit no. 32 of 2025 has been filed by Sing Fuels Pte. Ltd against (i) M.V. Majesty (Ex: Bashundhara Majesty), IMO No: 9244855, Flag: Bangladesh, now lying in Mongla Port, (ii) The Master of the vessel, (iii) Toggi Shipping and Logistics.

The suit has been filed for the recovery of the unpaid bunkers’ price.

It is valued at USD 554,590.00, which is equivalent to BDT 67.659.980.00 (at an exchange rate of USD 1.00 = BDT 122.00)
